A Full-Scope Transformation
The project began with a full gut renovation, reimagining the unit from the ground up. New flooring, custom trim, and updated doors set the tone, while a coffered ceiling added architectural depth and elevated the main living area. The living room became a dramatic focal point, thanks to a custom floor-to-ceiling built-in that wraps the existing fireplace. Designed with quartz stone, natural wood detailing, and concealed storage, the piece merges modern elegance with timeless warmth.

Lighting as Atmosphere
Amareaux layered undercabinet, art, and ambient lighting throughout the space, ensuring it feels warm and inviting from every angle. The thoughtful lighting design highlights art, textures, and architectural details while creating a layered, luxurious atmosphere.

A Dark & Moody Kitchen
The kitchen was completely redesigned with a rich, moody palette and a highly functional layout. Custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and tailored storage solutions maximized usability while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic. Every inch was considered to balance efficiency with elevated design.

Curated Details Throughout
No detail was overlooked. From paint color selections and soft window treatments to furniture layouts, fabric choices, wallpaper placement, and closet design, each decision reinforced the project’s cohesive vision.
