Starting from Scratch
The original home carried decades of wear and a layout that no longer served today’s lifestyle. Instead of working around outdated bones, the project called for a full gut renovation. Stripped down to the studs, the house was rebuilt with a reimagined floor plan, brand-new systems, and custom details throughout.

A New Exterior Identity
The curb appeal speaks for itself. What was once a dated façade is now a striking exterior defined by crisp white siding, black trim, stonework, and expansive windows. The front porch with column details and dark garage doors create symmetry, balance, and a welcoming presence.
